For ecommerce brands

When a shopper asks AI which one to buy, see whose product page it quotes.

Shoppers ask AI tools to compare products, explain sizing and find something under a budget before they ever open a store. Found in AI asks those buying questions monthly and shows when your store is named, linked, or left out for another brand.

What is a good waterproof hiking boot for wide feet under $200 with free returns?

For wide feet, look for brands that publish width options and last measurements rather than only saying "roomy". Competitor B sells its waterproof boot in wide and extra wide, lists the membrane used, and offers free returns within 60 days.

How buyers decide

Your customers are asking AI first. Here is what they ask.

Online shoppers are not looking for a store nearby, they are looking for the right product, and AI tools are increasingly where the comparison happens. A shopper describes a need, a body type or a budget, and the answer narrows a crowded category to a few products. Brands whose product pages state measurable facts are the ones that answer can describe with confidence.

Specifications do the persuading. Materials, dimensions, weight, compatibility, care instructions and certifications are the details AI answers pull into a comparison. Marketing phrases like "premium quality" give a tool nothing to compare. A product page that reads like a spec sheet as well as a pitch tends to be easier to quote than one that relies on lifestyle photos.

Risk reduction closes the decision. Shoppers ask about returns, shipping times, warranties and whether a size runs small before they commit to an unfamiliar brand. When those policies live in a footer link written in legal language, the answer may mention a competitor whose policy is stated plainly on the product page itself.

What AI tools can use

Content that answers the questions in your trade.

We cannot decide what an AI tool says. What you can control is whether your website answers your customers' questions clearly. These are the kinds of pages that do.

  1. Product pages with real specs

List materials, dimensions, weight, capacity, compatibility and certifications as text on every product page. These are the facts an AI answer can line up against a competitor in a comparison.

  2. Fit and sizing guides

Publish measurements, how each style fits compared with common sizes, and advice for wide, narrow, tall or petite customers. Sizing questions are among the most common things shoppers ask before buying.

  3. Plain-language policies

State shipping times, return windows, who pays return shipping and your warranty terms on product pages, not only in a legal footer. Shoppers ask about risk before they try a new brand.

  4. Use-case buying guides

Write guides for specific needs, such as gifts by budget or gear for a particular activity. They answer the open-ended questions people ask before they know which product they want.

Questions about ecommerce brands

My customers are everywhere. Does this still apply?

Yes. For an online store the questions are about products, sizing, budget and policies rather than location. We track the buying questions you choose across five AI tools.

Will AI tools start naming my products in comparisons?

No one can guarantee what AI tools say about any product. Found in AI measures where your store is named and missing, so you can publish clearer specs and policies and track whether comparisons change over time.

Can I track questions for individual products?

Yes. You can track questions about a hero product, a category or a common objection like sizing. The competitor leaderboard shows which brands are named most often for each.

Will drafts appear on my store blog automatically?

No. The content switch is off by default. With it on, AI Blog Writer drafts one post per gap, and you approve every draft before it is published.
