For universities and colleges
Students ask AI tools where to study before they visit a campus. Is your program in the answer?
Prospective students, adult learners and parents ask assistants which schools offer a program, which are flexible for working adults and how admissions and aid work. Found in AI tracks those questions by program and shows where your school is named, where peer institutions are named instead and which program pages need more detail.

How buyers decide
Your customers are asking AI first. Here is what they ask.

The search for a program used to start on rankings sites and with brochures. Now many students, and many more adult learners, begin by asking an AI tool which schools offer what they want, in the format they need, at a level they can afford. The answer narrows hundreds of programs to a handful, and those are the ones that get an inquiry.
Program pages are where this is won or lost. Answers draw on pages that state the format, length, schedule, prerequisites, accreditation, courses and outcomes in clear text. A program page that is mostly a hero image and a request-information form leaves the assistant to describe a peer institution whose page says more.
Institutions also face questions about the whole experience: support for transfer students, aid for adult learners, research opportunities for undergraduates, what life is like on campus. These questions cross departments, so they are easy to leave unanswered. A school that answers them clearly in one place becomes the easiest one to describe.

What AI tools can use
Content that answers the questions in your trade.
We cannot decide what an AI tool says. What you can control is whether your website answers your customers' questions clearly. These are the kinds of pages that do.
- 01
Program pages with the facts
State format, length, schedule, prerequisites, accreditation and courses as text on each program page. Those facts are what a comparison answer is built from.
- 02
Pages for each type of student
Transfer students, adult learners, international students and veterans each have their own questions. A page for each answers them in their own terms.
- 03
Admissions and aid explained plainly
Describe how applying, aid and credit transfer work, step by step. Process questions are asked constantly and answered by whichever school explains them best.
- 04
Outcomes and student work
Describe capstones, research projects and the kinds of roles graduates go on to, without invented statistics. Concrete descriptions give answers something to cite.
Gaps
Where a competitor was named and you were not.
Every report lists these gaps, with an idea for what to publish to answer each question.
Questions about universities and colleges
Can we track questions for each program or college?
Yes. Many institutions track a set of questions for their priority programs and a separate set for admissions and aid, so each team can see its own results.
Do rankings sites affect AI answers about schools?
They are often among the sources answers draw on, alongside your own pages. We show which sources appear next to the schools that are named.
Can you guarantee our programs are recommended by AI tools?
No. Nobody can guarantee what an AI tool recommends. We measure where your school appears each month and show which program pages would help most.
Does this involve student records?
No. We only use public AI tools and your public website. No student information is involved.
