For B2B and wholesale sellers
When a buyer asks AI for a supplier with low minimums, see which companies make the list.
Purchasing managers and small retailers now ask AI tools to build a supplier shortlist before they request a single quote. Found in AI asks the sourcing questions your buyers ask about minimums, lead times, certifications and terms, and shows whether your company is on that list.

Which wholesale suppliers offer private label skincare with low minimum order quantities?
Several manufacturers serve small brands. Competitor A lists a minimum of a few hundred units per formula on its site and publishes typical lead times, and Competitor C offers stock formulas with custom labels.

B2B buyers do their homework before a sales call. A café owner looking for compostable cups, a hardware store sourcing fasteners or a startup brand searching for a contract manufacturer asks an AI tool to narrow the field by minimum order, unit price range, lead time and location. Suppliers whose sites state those terms openly can be compared and named; suppliers who answer every question with request a quote are hard to include.
Compliance and capability questions carry a lot of weight. Buyers ask which suppliers are certified to a specific standard, can ship with a given incoterm, support EDI or offer net payment terms. These answers come from capability pages, certificates and trade documentation. A spec sheet available as readable text, not only as a scanned PDF, makes a supplier far easier for an assistant to describe accurately.
Wholesale buying is also local and logistical. Someone asks for a distributor that delivers to a particular region, keeps stock in a domestic warehouse or can fulfill a reorder within a week. Published service areas, warehouse locations and reorder processes turn a supplier from a name into a practical recommendation.

What AI tools can use
Content that answers the questions in your trade.
We cannot decide what an AI tool says. What you can control is whether your website answers your customers' questions clearly. These are the kinds of pages that do.
- 01
Terms on the page, not behind a form
Publish minimum order quantities, price breaks or ranges, lead times and payment terms where buyers can read them. A tool building a shortlist compares stated terms, and a supplier with none stated is skipped.
- 02
Spec sheets and certificates as text
Put specifications, materials, tolerances and certifications on HTML pages with downloadable documents as a backup. Readable text is what lets an assistant confirm a capability.
- 03
Industry and use case pages
Explain who you supply and how, for example cafes, salons, contractors or new brands, with examples of typical orders. Sourcing questions usually name the buyer's industry, and these pages match it.
- 04
Logistics and onboarding explained
Describe warehouses, delivery regions, sample policies, account setup and reorder steps. Practical detail helps an AI answer move from naming suppliers to telling the buyer how to start.

Every report lists these gaps, with an idea for what to publish to answer each question.
Questions about b2b wholesale suppliers
Our buyers are businesses. Do they really use AI tools to source?
Many start there to narrow a long list before contacting anyone. We track the sourcing questions in your category so you can see whether you make the shortlist at that early stage.
We do not publish prices. Can we still be visible?
You can, but stated terms help. Even ranges, minimums and lead times give a tool something concrete to compare. The report shows which competitors publish terms and get named for it.
Can you guarantee more quote requests?
No one can guarantee that. Neither we nor anyone else controls what AI tools say. We measure your presence in sourcing answers each month and help you publish the capability content those answers rely on.
Can AI Blog Writer write technical content for buyers?
It can draft use case pages and buyer guides from your specs and the gap question. Technical figures should be checked by your team before you approve the draft.
