For brands on Shopify Plus
A large catalog has a thousand chances to be named. See which ones you are losing.
Brands on Shopify Plus sell across many categories, markets and channels, and AI answers can favor one product line while ignoring another entirely. Found in AI tracks category level and market level questions side by side, so a growing brand can see where AI visibility is strong, where it is thin and which competitor is taking the gap.

Which brands make a good carry-on suitcase with a lifetime warranty?
Brands often mentioned for lifetime coverage include Competitor A and Competitor C, both of which publish the full warranty terms and what counts as normal wear.
How buyers decide
Your customers are asking AI first. Here is what they ask.
At a glance, from the sample
- 4 of 8
- tracked questions name you
- 5
- AI tools asked each question
- 3
- gaps, each with a page to publish
Scale changes the shape of the problem. A brand with one hero product either appears in AI answers or it does not, but a brand with dozens of categories can be named constantly for one line and never for another. Aggregate traffic hides this, because a strong category pays for a weak one. Looking at AI answers question by question and category by category is the only way to see which parts of a large catalog are visible.
International selling adds a second dimension. Shopify Plus brands often run several markets with their own currencies, languages and sometimes their own domains. Shoppers in each market ask in their own language and about their own concerns, such as duties, local returns or sizing conventions. A brand that only publishes deep content for its home market tends to be thin in the answers given everywhere else.
Competition at this level is with other established brands rather than small shops. AI answers tend to favor the brand with the most complete public record: product data that is consistent across the site and retail partners, published policies, independent reviews and editorial coverage. Gaps usually appear where a newer product line has not yet built that record, which is exactly where a focused content effort pays off fastest.

What AI tools can use
Content that answers the questions in your trade.
We cannot decide what an AI tool says. What you can control is whether your website answers your customers' questions clearly. These are the kinds of pages that do.
- 01
Category hubs for every product line
Give each line its own hub page that explains who it is for and how the products differ. Hubs give AI answers a reason to name a category, not only a single hero product.
- 02
Market specific pages and policies
Publish shipping, duties, returns and sizing information for each market in its own language. Shoppers abroad ask about those details first, and answers repeat whichever brand explains them locally.
- 03
Consistent product data everywhere
Keep names, specifications and claims identical across your store, retailers and marketplaces. Conflicting data across sources makes it harder for an AI tool to describe a product with confidence.
- 04
Warranty, repair and care documentation
Explain warranties, repair programs and care in full sentences with clear limits. Durability questions are common for premium goods, and specific terms are what answers quote.

Questions about shopify plus brands
Can you track more than one market?
Yes. We can track question sets per market and language, so you see your visibility in each region separately rather than as one blended number.
We have hundreds of products. How do you keep it manageable?
We track at the category and use case level, with a handful of product specific questions for hero items. That shows which lines need attention without tracking every SKU.
Will a larger brand automatically do better?
Size helps, but it guarantees nothing, and no one can guarantee what an AI tool will say. Newer lines and secondary markets are often thin even for large brands, which is why we report by category and market.
Can our content team use the gap list directly?
That is the intent. Each gap comes with the question, the competitors named and a proposed article. With the content switch on, AI Blog Writer drafts it for your team to review and approve.
