For community and regional banks

People ask AI tools which bank to use in their town. The big national names answer by default.

Someone moving to a new city, a business owner who needs a line of credit, a family comparing mortgage lenders: each now asks an assistant where to go. Found in AI tracks those questions in your market, shows where your bank is named next to the national players, and which pages would give the answers something local to say.

Banking choices are made at moments of change: a move, a new business, a first home, a parent's estate. People now bring those moments to an AI tool and ask where to bank or borrow nearby. Without strong local signals, the answer falls back on the national brands that have the most content, even when a community bank would serve the person better.

What lets an assistant name a local bank is local detail. Branch pages with real descriptions of the neighborhood and the team, pages for each business lending product that explain who qualifies in plain terms, and guides to local situations such as agricultural lending or a particular industry give the answer something specific to cite.

Regulated copy often ends up vague, and vague copy is easy to skip. You can stay fully compliant while being concrete about process: what documents a business loan application needs, how long account opening takes, who makes the credit decision. Those facts are exactly what people ask, and few bank sites state them.

Questions we would track

Eight questions from your customers, and who gets named.

Real questions a shopper types into an AI tool. Each card shows who the sample answer named.

What AI tools can use

Content that answers the questions in your trade.

We cannot decide what an AI tool says. What you can control is whether your website answers your customers' questions clearly. These are the kinds of pages that do.

  1. 01

Branch pages with real local detail

Give each branch its own page with the neighborhood it serves, the services offered there and the bankers people can meet. Local questions are matched to local pages.

  2. 02

Lending products explained in plain terms

For each loan type, describe who it suits, what the application involves and who makes the decision. Process facts can be stated clearly without quoting rates.

  3. 03

    Guides to local situations

Write about the industries and life events common in your market, such as farming, seasonal businesses or relocation. Those are the questions national banks rarely answer well.

  4. 04

    Consistent names and addresses everywhere

Keep your bank's name, branch addresses and hours identical across your site, maps listings and directories. Inconsistent details make it harder for an answer to be confident.

Gaps

Where a competitor was named and you were not.

Every report lists these gaps, with an idea for what to publish to answer each question.

Questions about banks

Is this compatible with our compliance review?

Yes. We measure AI answers and suggest content, and nothing is published without your approval. Draft content can go through the same review as anything else on your site.

Do AI tools favor national banks?

They often do when local banks give them little to work with. We show which questions in your market name only national players, so you can see where local content would help.

Can you guarantee our bank is named in AI answers?

No. Nobody can guarantee what an AI tool says. We track where you appear against named competitors each month and point to the pages most likely to help.

Do you need access to customer data?

No. We ask public AI tools the questions a prospective customer would ask and read your public pages. No account or customer information is involved.

Not just another AI tracker

More than a score. Four things a tracker leaves out.

A tracker tells you whether you were named. Found in AI shows where a competitor wins, writes the answer (and publishes it, where your site supports one-click publishing), and puts an AI analyst and a real agency behind it.

Gap analysis

Every question where AI names a competitor and not you, ranked by what it costs you. Few tools show this.
