For fintech

People ask AI which app to trust with their money. Trust is decided in that answer.

Consumers compare budgeting apps, investing platforms and ways to send money abroad by asking an assistant, and businesses do the same for payment and expense tools. Found in AI tracks those comparison questions, shows where your product is named and how it is described, and which explanations of safety and fees are missing.

Fintech products are chosen by comparison, and comparisons are now often written by an AI tool. Someone asks which budgeting app works with their bank, which investing platform suits a beginner, or which payment provider is best for a small online shop, and the answer picks a few names and explains the trade-offs in a sentence each.

Those sentences are built from what you publish about how the product works. Clear pages on how fees are calculated, how deposits are protected, what regulators or partners are involved and which banks or countries are supported give an assistant precise statements to repeat. Gaps get filled from forum posts and review sites, which may be out of date.

Description matters as much as being named. Being mentioned as the expensive option, or the one with a past outage, is not the same as being recommended. Found in AI shows how your product is described next to competitors, so you can see which explanations need to be clearer on your own site.

Questions we would track

Eight questions from your customers, and who gets named.

Real questions a shopper types into an AI tool. Each card shows who the sample answer named.

What AI tools can use

Content that answers the questions in your trade.

We cannot decide what an AI tool says. What you can control is whether your website answers your customers' questions clearly. These are the kinds of pages that do.

  1. 01

    Fees explained, not just listed

Explain how each fee is calculated with a worked example in words. Comparison answers repeat the provider whose cost is easiest to understand.

  2. 02

    How money is protected

Describe who holds customer funds, which partner banks or regulators are involved and what happens if something goes wrong. Safety questions are among the most common.

  3. 03

Coverage pages by country and bank

List the countries, currencies or banks you support, each with its own page where it matters. Specific questions about a corridor or a bank get specific answers.

  4. 04

    Plain comparisons with alternatives

Publish fair comparisons with the products people weigh you against. If you do not explain the difference, the answer will take it from a review site.

Gaps

Questions about fintech companies

Can you show how AI tools describe our product, not just whether they name it?

Yes. Each scan records the answer text, so you can read how your product is described next to competitors and spot outdated or inaccurate statements.

We are in a regulated space. Who approves the content?

You do. Drafts are suggestions, and nothing is published unless your team approves it through your normal review.

Can you guarantee AI tools recommend our app?

No. Nobody can guarantee what an AI tool recommends, and we do not claim to. We measure where you appear and show which explanations would help most.

Do you track business and consumer questions separately?

You choose the questions, so you can track both. Many fintech teams keep separate sets for each audience.

Not just another AI tracker

More than a score. Four things a tracker leaves out.

A tracker tells you whether you were named. Found in AI shows where a competitor wins, writes the answer (and publishes it, where your site supports one-click publishing), and puts an AI analyst and a real agency behind it.

Gap analysis

Every question where AI names a competitor and not you, ranked by what it costs you. Few tools show this.
