For credit unions

Most people do not know they can join your credit union. Neither do the AI tools they ask.

Membership rules are the first obstacle. If an assistant cannot tell who is eligible, it will not suggest you to someone asking where to refinance a car or open a first account. Found in AI tracks those questions in your field of membership and shows where your credit union is named and which pages are missing.

A credit union has a problem a bank does not: many people assume they cannot join. When someone asks an AI tool where to get a better auto loan or a first credit card, the answer usually names institutions whose eligibility is easy to establish. If your field of membership is buried in a PDF or described only in legal language, the assistant has no basis to include you.

The questions that bring members in are practical and specific. Refinancing a vehicle, building credit after a hard year, opening an account for a teenager, getting a small personal loan without high fees. Pages that explain how your credit union handles each of those, in ordinary language, are the ones that appear in answers.

The cooperative difference is worth explaining too, because people ask about it directly. A clear page on how membership, dividends and governance work, written for someone who has only ever used a bank, gives an assistant a reason to describe you accurately rather than lumping you in with every other financial institution.

Questions we would track

Eight questions from your customers, and who gets named.

Real questions a shopper types into an AI tool. Each card shows who the sample answer named.

What AI tools can use

Content that answers the questions in your trade.

We cannot decide what an AI tool says. What you can control is whether your website answers your customers' questions clearly. These are the kinds of pages that do.

  1. 01

Membership eligibility on a web page

List the counties, employers, schools and associations that qualify, in text, on one page that is easy to find. That page decides whether you can be suggested at all.

  2. 02

    Product pages around real situations

Write about refinancing a car, a first account, a credit builder loan or an emergency loan as situations, not just product names. People ask about the situation.

  3. 03

    The cooperative model explained

Explain membership, dividends and member governance for someone who has only used banks. A clear explanation is what an assistant needs to describe you accurately.

  4. 04

Branch and ATM access stated clearly

Describe your branch network, shared branching and ATM access. Convenience questions are common, and the answer often turns on whether access is clear.

Questions about credit unions

Our field of membership is complicated. Can you still help?

Yes. The first step is usually making eligibility readable, and we show which eligibility questions name other credit unions today so you can see the cost of leaving it unclear.

Do AI tools distinguish credit unions from banks?

Sometimes, when the source material is clear. Otherwise they blur the two. We track questions that ask about the difference directly.

Can you guarantee more members find us through AI?

No. Nobody can guarantee results from AI tools. We measure where your credit union is named and help you publish the pages those answers are missing.

Is any member information involved?

No. We only use public AI tools and your public website. Member data is never needed.

Not just another AI tracker

More than a score. Four things a tracker leaves out.

A tracker tells you whether you were named. Found in AI shows where a competitor wins, writes the answer (and publishes it, where your site supports one-click publishing), and puts an AI analyst and a real agency behind it.

Gap analysis

Every question where AI names a competitor and not you, ranked by what it costs you. Few tools show this.
